How long it takes to handle fraudulent case?

Recently, I swindled out of my money and reported it to Payoneer through live chat.
An agent told me that they created a ticket for it and sent it to the corresponding team, and I will receive a reply from them within 1 ~ 3 days.

After 3 days, there was no response, so I contacted again and got the same answer again.
Now, it's over a week, and there is still no response from Payoneer about this fraudulent case.

Could anyone please help me with this? How can I let them handle this quickly?
