Money Transfer to Payoneer to Bank Account but don't received

My Customer ID is: 33570311 , I have transfer money from payoneer account to my bank account on 17 October 2019 and I get confirmation mail on 19 October 2019 but today is 27 October about 11 days not receiving my money on my Bangladeshi Bank. Already I Chat with a customer care she told me banking department will contact me by mail withing 4 days but 4 days is about to passing. So Please help me about this matter urgent.

Note: Already I get one successfully transfer from Payoneer to my bank account. No problem occurs in this transfer .

    Same problem I am facing too.
    I have also got confirmation on 19th October but still now I haven't received my payment on my bank.
    In which bank you have made withdrawal.
    I have made withdrawal on the city Bank limited.
    I have contact customer support but I haven't received any message from them.
