What is wrong with support team!?

I have a problem with my Payoneer account, it's an old account just logged in lately and I found that the card has been blocked due to the card is expired.
And cannot add my local bank account to Payoneer. it said that I have to contact support I've opened a ticket for more than 5 days but no hope. I opened another ticket with no hope. Opening a ticket is like sending mail to the sea. So please is there a free option like an app or a service to call Payoneer support for free I tried to use skype it said that I had to charge to use it --'. I'm getting a payment into my Payoneer account it's not issued yet but I'm not sure is the account is willing to work or I will just get the payment blocked into this account and freeze there :/.
I believe there's a live chat option but if I tried it. It said that my request is canceled! What is wrong with the support!?

    @yoxvoxik We are sorry to hear you have not received assistance! We can see that you have an old card account which we no longer issue. We advise you to contact our support team directly so they can verify your details and proceed in closing that account. Then, you will be able to reapply for a new account that has all of our new and updated features we now offer. You have the option to send them a message via the link provided above and then you can send us a private message with the ticket number so we can follow up

    What!? You saying that my account is no longer working. But why they didn't mention it like your account is banned or something so I won't issue a withdraw to this account yikes. Well, I will send you one of the tickets numbers that I already opened. Thanks for your help really appreciate it.

    @yoxvoxik It is not that your account is banned. It is just that it is an old card account that does not have all of our new and updated features and furthermore, the card is expired. We see you received a payment onto it today though so in this case, we need to issue you a new card so that you can withdraw the remaining funds and then close the account to reapply. Please reach out to our support team so they can assist you in issuing a new card
