Trouble Setting Up Payment Method

I am having a horrible time getting customer service to reach out to me and help. I have an old bank account listed and I can only have 1 account at a time. It seemed easier to just ask for a paper check to be sent to me so I requested that and it seemed like with the company they work for, Appen, they don't allow that so I sent all the info requested to add a new bank account and it's been days and no response. I don't know how I'm supposed to get help. It really shouldn't be so hard to get this added or just get an update as it says under 'my requests' it's been updated but it hasn't...

    @HollyL We can see that our team sent you a link to switch your method of payment to a paper check so from our side it should be fine to get paid this way. If you need to change your bank account details, you will need to contact our support team as they will have to manually change it for you.
