I have registered a payoneer account 10 day ago. Than I have submitted my documents. Some of my document are already approved. Payoneer then send me a mail saying now i can receive payment from my clients . Then i have sent a payment link to my client to pay and the client made the payment on 24th October. But the payment is still pending. Payoneer asked for "URL connecting you to site" and i have submitted the url. But I have got the status "Not approved" and i don't know why. I have all the legal documents and i am the owner of the software for which i am receiving payment from clients. My clients are already panicked because the payment is taking too much time. What should i do now? Is there any way to make those verification faster?

Please allow 1-2 business days for our payment approval team to review the URL your submitted as well as update you via email on the status of your payment.
