Greetings, I'm trying to approve my bank account to withdraw my money, however, I've been asked to provide proof of residency which is my landlord ID which I did, I've submitted more than 10 copies of the required document, yet it hasn't been approved nor the document got accepted(its been more than one week for this case).I've sent more than three emails seeking for confirmation . but I still did not receive any emails which telling me whether my documents are unacceptable for the low quality or it has been accepted. please help settle this issue, it is killing my time and my money!

    I told the Payoneer team I sent my documents seven days ago but why is my international ID Card verification not accepted? they said everything seems to have been accepted at this point. But it still does not look approved. Now it appears to have been submitted. Please help me
