Pending payment and refunded payout to the sender

So, since my previous discussion was closed I have to start the new one.
It has been almost a month from which I started getting upcoming payments to my account. There were total 4 payments that were coming to my account, but they were all "pending". After uploding my ID I recive 5th payment and it immediately came to my account while the previous 4 were still "pending".
I got an answer from support that says: "We are sorry about inconvenience with canceled payments.
All your documents were approved and now you can make and receive payments without any problems."

After almost 4 weeks I got another answer from customer service that they returned my funds to the sender...
And this is really bad, beacuse now I will have to argue with the sender and I'm not sure if I will be able to get my money back.

So now I have about 30$ on my account and I cant do anything with it (I was expecting more funds, but since they returned them to sender I have only 30 now). I cant even withdrawal them because I need 50$ minimum to be able to transfer my own funds to my bank account, which is ridiculous (this is the only service that have minimum value to be able to do transfer, for example Pay Pal or Skrill does not have that).

What can I do now? How can I withdrawl my funds from payoneer account if I dont and wont have over 50$ on my account?
I see 2 options:
1) Is it possible - by way of exception and in satisfaction for my waiting time and for returning my funds to the sender - that payoneer can transfer all my funds, that I have on my account, to my bank account?
2) If solution mentioned above is NOT possible can payoneer send the funds, that I have on my account, to the sender? In that case I will work with him to do the transfer with other service.

The 1st option will be the easiest, becuse I will have my money back and I wont have to argue with the sender to get my money back.

Please, could someone finally take care of me and help me get my funds back?
