I Haven't Received an Update Regarding My Account??

I Applied for a Payoneer account and they asked me ID's for Verification and i Sent it already and it said that I will receive an update regarding the approval of my account in 3 business days. 3 business days have passed and I haven't received any update regarding the approval of my account.
