Payoneer says talk to bank & Bank says talk to Payoneer, I'm helpless now. Been 14 days. Help?

I've transferred 175$ in my bank account.
1st payment of 20$ I made on 18th October.
2nd payment of 75$(1 week back), 3rd payment of 80$.
None received in my local bank.

Now the Payoneer sends a proof that they transferred from their side, and the bank says talk to your sender.

Now it's look like, I've been trapped in between, feeling helpless now.

Anyone suggest please.
