We can't add the new currency(JPY).

we applied for a Japanese Yen (JPY) virtual account on October 25, but any account has not created yet. it shows that an email will be sent to us within 2days after applying for an accout but we did not receive any email. we want to know when the yen account will be created. We already have a bank account for withdrawing funds. the auto email doesn't help us.

    We inquired to support team. But they replyed for an automatic e-mail reply. So we didn't solve this problem. Live chatting inquiry wasn't be connected for waiting one hour.
