Payoneer says my payment is resolved, still I've no payment in my local bank?

Hi. I got an answer that Payoneer is looking into it @KazPayoneer

But Payoneer has already sent me an email saying they have already resolved the problem. Could you please check and let me know the CURRENT STATUS.
