My Photo ID and ID Card was not approved i have tried two times with high quality images

I have provided each and everything two time My ID photo and ID Card photos was clear but Payoneer is continuously rejecting my request. Is it way because my Id card is in Urdu language. I really need an account how i can get that account.

We request that you provide us with a clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID.
In addition, we also require a clear photo of yourself holding both your government-issued photo ID and a piece of paper with today’s date handwritten on it. Example of held ID
Please make sure that the government-issued photo ID exactly matches the details provided in your card application.
Please also make sure that the document is readable, shown in full from end-to-end, and has your name and date of birth displayed clearly in English.
Once we receive this information, we will continue to process your request.

    @hamidraza4722 Please note that that ID and held ID you submitted were unclear and so our team requested for you to resubmit it. We accept documents in Urdu language but the copy has to be clear and readable
    Log in to your Payoneer online My Account
    Click "Settings" and choose "Verified Information" from the dropdown menu
    Open the relevant requirement to find a secure upload window
    Upload the required document
    Click "Submit"

    I submitted again and it is rejected again. It is very hard to get approved by Payoneer. Now, I submitted fourth time let's see if it will get approved or not as I have provide a high quality Held ID photo and ID Card

    Buddy Same here i dont know how we upload the National ID Pictures how payoneer system approve our National ID Pictures With High Resolutions i also applied for approval 2 times High Res Pictures and rejected before now its a 3rd time im waiting for approval...

    I think they don't want to approve Pakistani accounts :( It is my forth time. Let's see
