My balance is blocked, I did not receive any e-mail notifications and I'm not receiving any updates

This week I logged into my account and found out that it was blocked. The funds on the cards are not available; I have 393.48 euros on my card.

I was expecting a payment from my PayPal account, and this payment was declined as well. I did not receive any notifications about the blocking of my account, support told me on the phone that the account was under review because Payoneer is USA company and they have the right to do so.

When can I use my account? Why was I blocked? This is a terrible experience, at any time you can log into your account and see that your money is blocked for no reason.

Please help, I need my money.
