    Hi there,

We're very sorry to hear about the delays and we can understand how frustrating it is to not have received the funds in your bank. We also know how confusing the process can be. Now, since Payoneer is not a bank we enlist the help of partnering banks to transfer funds. In plenty of cases, transfers are delayed because these banks require additional information from us regarding the transfer. We readily provide it and wait for these banks to complete the transfer. This is usually the most common instance of why a transfer is delayed.

But still, we cannot be so sure until our team has finished the investigation. The investigation can take, really, any amount of time. So we do understand that it is not good enough to not receive updates, but we don't have many updates until the investigation is done.

We should have an update to you very soon, though. Please keep checking your e-mails.

Thank you, and sorry once again.
