Payment Not Reached in My Bank Account

I made a Withdraw 50$ amount on 25 Oct to my Bank account and today is 05 November. After 10 days the amount not reached in my Bank; Transaction Detail;

Amount: 50$

@payoneer Please suggest me how to resolve this issue.
