I have added new bank details and i want the money from fiverr to go to the new bank

I have added new bank details in my account and i want the money from my fiverr account to go to the new bank instead of the one attached as withdrawal account.Can you please help resolve this i have been trying this for at least 10 days now.I can provide all the documents you require.Can payoneer please resolve this as soon as possible because i need to withdraw money from fiverr.
