Account blocked for no given reason & pending transaction

Hello, so the 1st of November i recieved a payment from a client and for the first time of my life i got "Line of business" verification, i filled the form and it was accepted few hours later...
The client tried sending the payment again after my verification was apporved, and then after few hours my card was blocked along with my funds, i didn't even get a notifications about it !!!!

i left a support mail but i'm not getting any responses.

3 days ago i recieved a mail about the upcoming transaction and that i need to verify the source, i did fill the form and i'm here still waiting....

I really hope you can smooth the prosess and guide the members on how to slove problems, not keeping the in the dark and give them sleepless nights -_-

Note that i've had my account for years now and i was getting my payments from official businesses and clients with no issues at all.

    Hello,
    My account went under review for no given reason 11 days ago and everytime i contact support they say i should wait, i think 11 days is a ridiculous waiting time, no service made me wait more than 3 days before.

    My questions are :
    1) Have you ever faced a similair situation ? if so, how long it took to unblock your account ?
    2) My card is blocked along with 1.3k$ , will i be able to use the same card after the review or do i need to order a new one ?
    3) Did you get a compensation for your waiting time ?
    4) Is there a chance they'll keep saying "be patient" forever ? well 11 days sounds forever for me and i started losing hope btw
