Why it is taking too long to issue new card, Is there anyone from payoneer who can ACTUALLY help ?

I have requested for new card to replace expired one on Sep 13, and have not received yet, Contacted via live chat 3 to 4 times, posted in community, provided all the info and now after 2 weeks of my last chat tried to contact via live chat , chat request was cancelled, I have funds stuck in my account, Can you please let me know where I am doing wrong, why I am not receiving any response and card is not being issued , I need my funds those are stuck due to delay from payoneer side and irrelevant responses in community.

Please help me or point me in the right direction so that I can get my card and have my funds eventually.

    @Salman0 We are sorry that you did not receive assistance! We communicated with our support team regarding your card and are happy to inform that it has been approved and issued! Now in regards to your pending bank account, we need you to provide your full name for the pending bank account if you want us to approve it. That is all :) Have a wonderful day!
