Hello i reuploaded 2nd time the national ID High Resolution front and back side but Payoneer Email me (Unfortunately the file you uploaded is either a copy of a copy, one side of a two side document, or otherwise incomplete and we need you to send it again) can any one help me, in my opinion that payoneer wants upload one jpeg which is include both and front and back national ID Picture and photo of me high resolution right ?? please help mee ASAP... Can anyone tell me the exact size and resolution of the documents ?? its really faustrated rejected my national ID High Res 2nd Time

@ABarakzai It means that it is scanned (a copy of a copy). We need you to take a clear picture of both sides of your ID
