I want to delete a pending store and talk to a human

Hey, I want to delete a pending store, I know that i have to talk to the support for that or use a live chat, BUT it's easier to patch through to president himself.
- live chat immediately tells me to go **** myself: "Status: Canceled"
- And the customer support just doesn't read messages, instead they got category tree and bots that answer ONLY category tree questions mindlessly. Can the human help me please.

Another question in case if a human reads this:
My initial goal wat to set up an amazon store using payoneer to receive payments globally, can I do that?
Am I allowed to use Global Payment Service to set up my amazon store and receive payments like that globaly?

They sent me this:
" We have reviewed the information you submitted about your line of business and have determined that
you will not be able to use Payoneer to send payment requests or receive payments initiated by clients for the following reason:
Sending payment requests or receiving payments for the sale of goods and/or services to consumers is not supported under our Terms & Conditions. We invite you to learn more about our other ways to get paid by your international clients and global marketplaces"

    Hi there,

Please send me a private message with your account information, as I'll be able to delete the pending store fro you.

To answer your question, yes, using our Amazon store manager, which is connected by way of our Global Payment Service, you can receive payments from Amazon. It seems that the feature that was removed from your account was the feature that allows you to send payment requests.

    Looking forward to your message.
