When will Payment Approvals team review the additional information I submitted?
I requested the payment on 11/03/2019 and the payment was done by my client on 11/04/2019. Today is 11/12/2019 and I'm still waiting since there was a request for some additional information I was supposed to provide, and after I've provided it and 3 days passed, I was asked again for additional information. Yesterday I contacted support via live chat and I was told that I can expect the response within 24h. This morning will be 24 and still nothing. This delay is causing damage to both me and my client and that's all because Payoneer requested this additional information in the middle of te payment. Can someone please help me and tell me will it finally be done ASAP? Here's the conversation with support agent yesterday:
