Why can't I withdraw my money to bank account?

Hello;
My transaction is completed. I have 86.19 Usd; but I can't withdraw my money to my bank account for days. When I try to withdraw it also gives error message "We’re sorry but the application has encountered an error in processing your request. Please try again later." I've never had a problem like this before. What is this?

Thanks for your post. It looks like there was some type of technical glitch that was occurring at the time of your transfer. Please try to withdraw again.
