How to contact a human customer support via email?

As the title says, via email, not via chat, phone, forum, or not even social media.

I've been sending them messages via this form (https://payoneer.custhelp.com/app/ask/l_id/1), but only bot replied.

    It's been a few months and still no response. It was not an urgent request, so I somehow ignoring it.

    My request is I want to unlink Payoneer and Upwork. The Upwork CS said that it needs to be done from the Payoneer side.

    Currently I have support cases un answered for weeks, and one answered incorrectly and then my follow-up responses ignored. "3-5 business days" is not at all the norm.

    @apatrida We apologize, for the lack in response time. We do receive thousands of inquiries via email a day, and we reply to them in the order that they came in.
