Costa Rica bank accounts with currency USD cannot be added
I cannot add a Costa Rica bank account with currency USD. The support personnel who incorrectly answered my help request indicates that in the internal documentation that USD is available as well as Colones. But in the actual site, it is by error EUR and Colones and no USD option is present. Bank accounts in Costa Rica are typically always Colones and USD only. All are IBAN enabled now. How do I get this added? I filed a support request that was answered incorrectly and then all of my update replies have been ignored since. This has been pending since October 31st. As another support request has been pending unanswered since November 4th. Is there any expected response time I can depend on?
