What to do with my Payoneer account

I'm from Venezuela and I've only used my Payoneer account in 2016-2017 to buy something on Amazon and have a couple bucks withdrawn from PayPal. In 2017 I didn't have internet up until now.

My card expired on April 2018 and I couldn't issue a new one because I didn't have internet, and I read they're not giving any more cards to people from Venezuela (I don't know if it's true)

I have almost $5 in my account and I don't know how to use it because my card is expired and they won't let me apply for a new one.

Other stuff to consider is when I go to settings and then back accounts it says I don't have any bank accounts, but when I click on Global Payment Service it says I have TWO receiving US accounts. Does that mean I still have Global Payment Service or not?

In cards it says I have reached maximum of cards available. I don't know why because my old one expired, I don't know why it's still up there and not taken down.

I can't even make a payment to another Payoneer account, I'm guessing it's because I haven't used it that much.

I'm planning on joining Amazon KDP and sell books and withdraw to Payoneer. But is it worth it if I can't use my balance because I can't have any more cards?

I want to know before hand what's going to happen to my account and what I can do with it before joining Amazon KDP and work hard to make money. I don't want my work to go to waste.

So, what choices do I have? Can I use my balance now? Can I join Amazon KDP and earn money often so 'Make A Payment' to other Payoneer users becomes available? Can I have a new card? Can I use my balance somehow?

    @omarf91If you still see the option for two receiving US bank account, this means you are still enabled for the global payment service. As for our service regarding making payments to another Payoneer account. This will be enabled usually when there is more activity on the account. The option to order a new card, you will need to send in a request to our customer care team to see if it is possible because you will working with Amazon KDP.
