@ahkit we do apologize that your withdrawal has been delayed. We fully understand how inconvenient it is to not receive your bank transfer in a timely manner. Usually transfers take 3-5 business days to be received. A delay in the bank transfer may happen for some reasons like incorrect bank details or the payment is awaiting at the provider for further actions. So once we are notify that the transfer is delayed, we need to take few steps. First we need to verify if the bank details are correct. For that we send you a transfer confirmation form and you verify that the details are correct and match the one of your bank account. If the details are correct we then send you a transfer confirmation form created by the third party provider, the MT103. This document form is what you can take to your bank to have them confirm if they received the funds on their side. If the MT103 form does not assist and your bank claims that they did not receive the transfer it is possible that it was rejected by the bank and in some cases, the transfer is waiting with the provider. In that case, the Bank Department has to re-investigate what happened in order to assist you further. But, please know that the transfer is eventually sent back to Payoneer and you are updated via email by our Bank Department. We can assure you that your funds are not lost and our team always do their best to handle these type of cases as fast as possible. You are more than welcome to contact our team at any time via email, chat, by phone or via our social media channels if you have any question.
