Rejected by bank

I withdrew money from Payoneer on 22 october 2019 to my bank account. The same day i got a rejected by bank and wrong name i put my nick name ah kit , they informed me that the transfer is rejected because my name info was wrong (I checked my Payoneer Account about it and they were right, i wrote my nike name ah kit ). Then i fixed the problem on my bank info and started to wait for the money to come back to my Payoneer account.
And i go to my local bank take my statement bank they say dont have any transection
There was an information on the FAQ page that when there is a problem like i had, it may take 14 business days.

Well, 14 business days have passed. I wrote to the customare care, I tried to get information from the live chat but couldn't get any answer. They just told me that they will send a request to the payment department and i should expect an update via email which i did not recieved. I need help.

    @ahkit We do apologize for the delay in response time. Our bank transfer team are currently performing an investigation in order to help locate the transfer. Usually when our clients input the wrong bank details, we will have to wait for the funds to get rejected first and then proceed with the 14 business days. As soon as there is an update you will be notified by email from them.
