hello
i have a problem and i can't find any support on your web site
i was create account on October 24 and tried to received money from appen connect but failed becuse my account not activated !! i was send all requirements IDs

@yoshawky We are sorry for the delay. It appears our department rejected the ID you submitted in due it being insufficient quality. We ask you to submit a clear picture of your government issued photo ID. Make sure it is not blurry or cropped. It should also have the front side and back side. Go into your Payoneer account ---> settings---> verification center ---> and submit the requested requirements.
