Its more than 3 working days and payoneer is not responding on my request of adding an local account

I have added the details of my account in payoneer to be approved but it is now more than 3 workings days and I didn't heard back from them. I'm sick worried on this. Kindly respond to my request.

    @arslan150463 Please be advised your account is pending because you need to submit requested information from our department. Please log into your account ---> settings ---> verification center ----> and submit any requirements asked of you. Once you do please kindly wait 3 to 5 business days for review.
