Global Payment Service - Bank City/State

Hi

I wanted to withdraw money from Freelancer.com. I found several posts here with this question and solution:

All of them suggest to use Global Payment Service. However Freelancer.com needs Bank City/State and Account Name and Address line whose are not provided in Payoneer.

I've wrote Customer Service already, and it seems it would quite a lot time them to respond.

How can get this information except customer support?
