I have not received my the Withdrawal I made to my local bank account after 2 weeks, what do I do.

I made a Withdrawal from my payoneer balance on the first of November to my local bank account, the Withdrawal was approved two days later and a $15 fee was deducted from the total amount. But it's been more than two weeks and my Withdrawal isn't showing up on my bank account. I have contacted my bank and they confirmed no payment has been received, I also contacted payoneer customer care chat twice to no or little response. The issue isn't from my bank account because my last transaction was made successfully with same account.
Any assistance with this will be appreciated.
