Change payoneer account in italki

Hello! I am a teacher at italki.com.
I would like to change my payoneer account, connected to italki. And as it is written on website of italki, I have to contact Payoneer in order to do this.
I tried to write to Support but I always receive automatic reply that it is not connected to my topic at all.
Do you have an idea how can I do it?
