Can Anyone Tell me I Submitted 3rd Time My National ID Its been 5 Days No Approval Email??

Dear Lara its not difficult to read its 600 dpi resolution a blind person can easily read my document, how can payoneer say this its blurry or difficult to read thats not a reason you should check my national ID document manually then you'll know very well its very clear picture of my national ID document.. its a big picture.. please kindly resolve this issue ASAP..

@ABarakzai Unfortunately, the ID that you provided is of insufficient quality. We will need you to take a clear picture with your phone camera of the ID itself, both the front and back side. The picture should not be cropped, and should not be scanned.
Once you do, our accounts team will start the review process.
