Can Anyone Tell me I Submitted 3rd Time My National ID Its been 5 Days No Approval Email??

Please tell me when my i get my Approval Email its a 3rd time i Submitted My National ID with High Resolution im waiting for the email from Payoneer Everytime They Rejected Even i send my National ID into 600 Dpi and clear but rejected rejected im really frustrated i feel that im stuck & my money also stuck in payoneer account how i approve my account everytime youre rejected even i send a clear and high res picture of national ID card kindly someone can see my national ID manually thanks

Documents that are difficult to read or don't fulfill the minimum quality requirements can cause further delays on your account approval procedure. To solve this, we recommend you to please open a live chat, or call our customer support.     Dear Lara its not difficult to read its 600 dpi resolution a blind person can easily read my document, how can payoneer say this its blurry or difficult to read thats not a reason you should check my national ID document manually then you'll know very well its very clear picture of my national ID document.. its a big picture.. please kindly resolve this issue ASAP..

    @ABarakzai Unfortunately, the ID that you provided is of insufficient quality. We will need you to take a clear picture with your phone camera of the ID itself, both the front and back side. The picture should not be cropped, and should not be scanned.

    Once you do, our accounts team will start the review process.
