Impossible to order a card. Country select seems not working

I'm trying from 5 days to order a payoneer card but the form continues to give me the error
"Please select country from the list" even, of course, all data are correct.
Tried multiple browser and multiple devices (including mobile)
Any suggestion?
Live chat continue to disconnect me after 2 hours of wait and via mail I receive automatic replies
