Blocked account

hello, please help.
It has been almost a month or so since my account was suspended.

it was my fault. the DoB provided were not the actual ones on my ID. I have explained the reason for the support team via the live chat and provided my government-issued ID, but still no help.

Lately, I was surprised to find out that my account has been blocked.

My hard-earned money is taken away from me. This is not unfair.
