Why is my payment being held for no reason?

I’ve contacted several Payoneer representatives, done exactly what they’ve asked, had my documents approved and still my money hasn’t reached my account. I was informed my account should’ve been approved yesterday but still my payment has been processing for about 7 whole days now. It’s taking a full month to get my payment it seems, since I requested it on the 8th and there is nothing for me to verify. Safe to say, I’ll never be using this platform to receive my money ever again.
