problem with withdrawal

Hello, how are you? I have problem with withdrawal to my bank account, I made the withdrawal on 11/13/2019 07:11 UTC until today 23/11/2019 the amount did not enter my bank account, I attached the transfer confirmation pdf which if you look in the bank account part there is no information blank.

Could you please check what happened?
