Payoneer link with Fiverr problem

Hello,
I am Sowad.I am facing a problem that when I am going to add my payoneer to the Fiverr bank transfar option,its giving me a link to add my payoneer to my gmail.when i click on the Click Here option its taking me to a new page but the page show me that 404 error.whay this happened.can anyone help me about it?

    i am also facing the same problem. in addition to that. i also got a message that payoneer has received your request and its been 7 days since i requested. there is no human in payoneer to help us??
