Payment Request Issue

I have sent a payment request on November 14 and payment is made by client on the next day. It is mentioned on the payment request page that it takes 1 to 5 days. It is almost 9 days from the day when client made payment but still didn't get it. It says " payment being processed". How much more time will it take to deposit the payment. Is it usual thing for Payoneer to delay the payment?

    Please be advised that normally when these things happen, it is because our payments team are requesting more information from you. You will see any requirements under settings ---> verification center. If you have filled everything out, then you will need to contact our customer support center directly.
