funds not received but completed

Hello, I made a withdrawal on November 7, 2019, up to now I haven't received any funds. I contacted several agents and provided a tool to show my bank but they can't trace it. Again, I was told to wait. Are you guys working on my case? How long should I wait?

We do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. As of now our bank transfer department are currently looking into your case. There is no specific time frame as this can vary case by case.
