Help with Pending Payment from Appen

I have receive payment from appen on 10/09/2019, but status on Appen side is still pending according to an email and i have yet to receive the payment. This payment was made before I change my method of payment from paypal to bank transfer.

I contacted customer support, but i am not sure what to use for a screenshot. Also, what does this mean, the last 4 digits of the receiving account to which the payment was sent? is it my customer ID or payee ID ?

    @Ron95 Hello,

    You will need to submit a screenshot with the following information:
    The last 4 digits should be the the last four digits from the global payment service details the Appen payment was sent to.

    The screenshot should also have the Appen Payee ID and the payment ID as well.
