I cant find Kosovo in the Bank Account country list

I am trying for a while to open a Bank Account in US Dollar currency but in the country list, I can't find Kosovo.
There is only the flag of Kosovo under the name of Northern Mariana Islands?

how to open a Bank Account from Kosovo in US Dollar?

    We currently do not support Kosovo for bank withdrawals. You would have to use a bank account in a different country.
