My email is not registered.

My registered email on payoneer is [email protected] but my email id is [email protected] as you know that dots in email doesn't matter. You send me mail at [email protected] and i received it on [email protected] but CS is not accepting my reply. Please help.

Please be advised that;
To change information associated with your account, please log into your Payoneer Account and select "Update Profile" option located under the “Settings” menu. You will be asked to insert your password and then you will be directed to a page where you can update the following information:
Email address
Please be advised that your username is the e-mail address associated with your Payoneer account, therefore if you change your email address, your username will change accordingly.
Billing address
Please be advised you cannot change your billing country. For information on how to change your billing country please check this page in the Support Center.
Phone number
Security questions & answers
You can only edit your account information after your application with Payoneer has been approved.Please let us know if you have further questions.
