Unable to transfer my "USD balance" to my "Prepaid Card"? WHY???

I usually received payments from Upwork without problems, now, The money reaches my account to my USD balance, and can't move that balance to my prepaid card, which is active without problems. How can I do it manually? Why is this happening? I had no issues with my account before, The main reason I use this is because it was immediate, now I have to wait? Is there another reason that I'm not aware of? What's is going on? Also, Customer service on the website is, just TERRIBLE

Please, I need help ASAP from a customer service agent from Payoneer or THE administrator od this blog to send this info to the proper people at Payoneer. Definitely, the customer service at the website is very poor, I don't even have access to the chat you offer.

    Hi there,

    Please note that this cannot be done manually as it is done automatically. When you receive a payment, the payment loads to your card from your balance every hour. We currently see that your funds are available on-card now so this does not seem like an issue for you anymore at the moment.
