Problem with my shipping adress

Zoth Member Posts: 1
My problem is that when I want to confirm my account, I am asked for proof of my shipping address that appears as a post office box, but it is a wrong term since I use the services of a company that has a physical location (at the mentioned shipping address) to receive charges on behalf of its customers, then send them to Paraguay (country in which I reside and the headquarters of the company in question) and finally deliver the charges to their owners. My questions are; Do I also need to upload some kind of proof? And, if that were the case, what kind of proof would it be, an invoice or some receipt with my name?

    Hi there,

    When you use a PO box as a shipping address we do require some type of proof that shows that you are the owner of the PO box. A receipt or screenshot of the web page that shows this information would be sufficient.

    Thank you

    @Zoth Hello,

    If you are trying to send the card to a PO Box, you will need to provide a copy of a receipt from the mail forwarding company, indicating you have registered for their service. Please make sure that the document includes your shipping address, and your current billing address.

    Thank you.
