I made a withdrawal to my bank account on 27th November. Previously, I used to receive it within a day, however I haven’t received it uptil now.
I contacted payoneer live chat on 28 nov, and “Jen” told me that they will arrive that same day (i.e., 28 nov).
I waited till 29th Nov, so that 2 business day period can be completed as mentioned in your email.
I haven’t received my fund. What is the hold up?

Hi, sorry for the delay.
Please note, the transfer routes were closed on November 28th and 29th due to a holiday in the US. As a result, the first business day of the transfer would be December 2nd. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Should you not receive the transfer by December 4th please contact our customer support so that they can file a claim.
