What is going on with Payoneer customer service and my money?

I've transfer funds from my Capital One account, the second payment is stuck in your UPCOMING tab as pending since November 22.

I've opened a ticket regarding this issue, the next day it was closed as solved, and it was NOT SOLVED. Called customer service, sounded like they were sleeping, low voice hard to hear them and after placing me on hold multiple times, told me someone will get back to me the same evening.

NO ONE has contacted me, NO ONE has reply to my ticket, would like for someone from Payoneer contact me, please.

Also, is there a way to display currency conversion similar to https://www.currency.wiki where you just enter amount and showing conversion when transferring funds from USD in EUR?

Hi @awebster we are sorry to hear about your experience, we apologize for that and we would like to tell you that we are working hard to provide you with a better customer experience.

Please note that when a payment is pending, normally is because we still need some information from your part. We advise you to check if you still need to provide us by following these steps:

    1. Log in to your Payoneer online My Account
    2. Click "Settings" and choose "Verification Center" from the dropdown menu
    3. Open the relevant requirement to find a secure upload window
    4. Upload the required document
    5. Click "Submit"

Once done, we kindly ask you to contact our Customer Support via Chat or Phone so an agent will be able to check the status of your payment and properly assist you.

You can find all our communication channels here .

Regarding to your second question, note that before you move your funds to another currency, you will be able to click on "Get Rate" to see the exchange rate that will be applied and the amount to receive/exchange in the relevant currency.

    Greetings,
