Dear payoneer,

I'm a freelancer. I want to use payoneer as a global money transfer service. I do a payoneer account. And add a bank account, approves shortly after adding the account. But for verification, I do verification with my National ID card. But it is still submitted, not approved.
Can I transfer money from my account to a bank now?
