How i lost my $100 with Payoneer

Hi, here is situation. I sent $100 from my Payoneer account to another banks credit card. It was a month ago. Still no one knows where money is. Payoneer says that money sent successfully but my bank haven't recieved any transfer. It's even not listed in my transactions list. It's just showing +100 as last transaction and my card showing total with -100. How this even possible?

Support stopped responding to my emails.

I contacted my bank and they said that maybe correspondent bank details or bank receiver details was not set to this transfer because of app bug. That’s why we don’t know where money is.

Still no answer from Payoneer support. Last time when i had chat - "i will send speed-up request" and that's all.

So this situation continues from October 27th. Still no luck, i'm happy that it was $100 and no $1000 but still i'm not feeling that safe anymore when i'm trying to send money to my credit card.
