Payment Pending for 30 days

Greeting everyone.

(Nov 04, 19) I Withdraw from the fiverr a small amount of money into my bank account
But unfortunately I didn't get my payment to this day.
Also I verificated 5 days ago my new ID images and the security pass, but nothing still pending status

Also I contacted payoneer support team 7 days ago but no answer from them, only this message (Auto-Acknowledgement sent to customer)

also I didn't get any email to confirm.

Has anyone had a idea what is going on?

    I use this email everyday and I didn't receive any email from you.

    I check spam folder: nothing there
    Also I check blocked email, and payoneer is not blocked

    Can you somehow send the email again?
